Suregate Global Resources Limited is committed to the Health, Safety, Security and Environment as an integral part of the company’s business so as to minimize the number of related incidents for all staff, clients and third party personnel and impact on the environment where we operate.

• Personnel safety, security and incident free operation are our primary objective and are given high priority in all our business activities.
• Company and Client’s Safety and security rules shall be clearly established and enforced in all our locations. All contractor employees and visitors to site shall conform to these rules.
• Line management and supervisors are accountable for the site safety performance. It will be included as a factor in the annual performance appraisals.
• No job or operation is too important that it cannot be done safely. All safety procedures and conditions must be followed before and during any job.
• All incidents shall be investigated to determine the cause. Actions taken to prevent a re-occurrence will be communicated.
• Company shall engage adequate number of well trained and equipped security personnel in all her locations.
• Security items shall form part of site cashes briefings and toolbox meeting; and incidents must be reviewed in site/management cashes meetings. Security training/drills shall be conducted for increased security awareness.

The chief security officer shall be the focal point and shall act in line with relevant departments in the realization of set security objectives and targets.
